Aquiles is a former Fortune 500 executive with over 25 years of leadership and executive experience in: business & leadership development, strategy, executive coaching & training, governance, banking, compliance risk management and finance.

Over the years Aquiles has been recognized for being a strong people leader and successfully coaching and influencing senior executives while leading and developing high performing teams. He has a strong international and multi-cultural background. He is skilled in leading large and complex global projects, while understanding and leveraging technology to drive innovation and change.

Aquiles worked for 15 years at Royal Bank of Canada and American Express in senior VP roles as Head for Latin America, the Caribbean, the U.S. and Canada. Previously, he worked for a major pulp & paper company in Mexico and for a major multinational firm in Japan.

Currently Aquiles is a certified business coach at Gazelles International and Renaissance Executive Forums. He holds a postgraduate degree in Japan-American Business from the University of Hawaii and a MBA in international business from the University of Texas. His bachelor degree is in Financial Management from the Monterrey Institute of Technology in Mexico.

Aquiles was born in Mexico and has lived and worked in the U.S., Japan, England, Mexico and Italy.
